  • 1A. I can’t Sign In/Sign Up (APP/WEB)
    1. First, please check that you are using the latest version of Golfdigg APP/WEB
      1. APP – go to Download page and select your phone type, then download the update if it’s an option.
        If not, please try QUIT your APP and restarting the golfdigg APP.
      2. WEB – try closing your web browser and re-opening golfdigg.com
    2. Try to Sign In/Sign Up again, if you still have problems please send an email to [email protected] or contact us through LINE Application by adding “@golfdigg” and send your name and email and our staff will get help you.

  • 1B. How to book with golfdigg?

    APP :

    1. You have to download ‘Golfdigg Application’ to your smartphone. Please go to the Download page.
    2. Open Golfdigg application, Search for a golf course, select your preferred timeslot and no. of players then press NEXT.
    3. Sign Up with your Facebook or LINE account or ‘Register with email’ then follow the instructions.
    4. Enjoy everyday 24 hour booking. You can book at 60+ golf courses for up to 7-30 days in advance.

    WEB :

    1. Go to www.golfdigg.com or www.golfdigg.com/booking  on your web browser.
    2. Search for a golf course, select your preferred timeslot and no. of players then press NEXT.
    3. Sign Up with your Facebook or LINE account or ‘Register with email’ then follow the instructions
    4. Enjoy everyday 24 hour booking. You can book at 60+ golf courses for up to 7-30 days in advance.

  • 1C. I can’t book/select a timeslot?

    Please make sure that your previous booking has either been paid or canceled, as you may only have one active unfinished booking open at a time.

    To do this, go to your Booking page in APP or WEB and click on the CANCEL button to cancel your current booking or BUY button to pay for your booking.

    If you still have problems :

    1. First, please check that you are using the latest version of Golfdigg APP/WEB
      1. APP – go to Download page and select your phone type, then download the update if it’s an option.

  • 1D. How can I change my booking?

    If you haven’t completed your booking :
    You can only change your booking once you cancel your current booking. Please go to the Booking page in APP or WEB and tap the CANCEL button to cancel your current unfinished booking. Then, you can create a new booking.

    If you have a paid booking :
    Please contact golfdigg staff regarding your case and with your requested changes, and our staff will discuss your case with the golf course and notify you of the results. NOTE that you may only change your booking before midnight before your booked date.

  • 1E. How do I add more people to my booking?

    APP / WEB

    1. Go to your Booking page in APP / My Bookings on WEB from the dropdown menu in top-right corner.
    2. Find the booking that you want to buy more players or carts, and tap BUY MORE button.
    3. When BUY MORE page appears, simply complete the payment and you’re done.
    4. When your payment is completed, you may check your booking in the Booking page and in the Booking receipt sent to your email.

2. Payment related questions

  • 2A. How do I pay for my booking?
    1. After selecting your golf course, time slot and no. of players, please tap ‘NEXT‘ and you will see the Booking Confirmation page where you can tap ‘USE PROMOTION‘ to use discount code. Please make sure that total cost is correct.
    2. Select any one Payment Method then tap ‘BUY‘.You may choose either the mPAY or LINEPAY payment options when paying for your booking with golfdigg on APP or WEB. For LINEPAY you may first be required to use a LINE account and registering a LINEPAY account.
    3. When your mPay payment gateway appears, please complete the credit card information requested on the screen. The information requested is as follows:
      1. Card Type
      2. Credit Card number
      3. Security Code (CVV)
      4. Expiry Date
      5. Card Holder Name
      6. Country of Issuing Bank
      7. Issuing Bank (select your bank if it’s a Thai bank)
      8. Not in List (select this option if your bank is not listed in the Issuing Bank dropdown list)
    4. Depending on each banks’ security system, you may be requested to enter a One-Time-Password (OTP) to complete your payment. Typically, you may need to enter your phone number and press send. A 4-6 digit password will be sent to you via email, which you should then input as password in the OTP field. If you did not receive an OTP via SMS or could not request an OTP, please contact your bank and allow them to enable your card for online payment.
    5. When your payment is completed, you may check your booking in the Booking page in APP or WEB and in the Booking receipt sent to your email.

  • 2B. I have problems with payment.
    1. My payment was failed. What should I do?
      First, please check your internet connection and try again. If it doesn’t work, here’re choices to solve this problems.
      1) Change a credit card and pay again, or contact your bank to support your online payment.
      2) Choose another one payment method by selecting any payment gateway in ‘Booking Confirmation’ page.
      3) Pay through bank transfer to Kasikorn Bank; first contact golfdigg staff to request payment by bank transfer through [email protected], call (+66) 089-333-1000 or contact through LINE Application by add friend “@golfdigg“. Notify the staff of your name and email, intended golf course, time slot and no. of persons you wish to book for, and after receiving confirmation and total cost from golfdigg staff, transfer the cost to account name “Golfdigg”, account no. “099-210442-4” and send proof back to the staff who will confirm your booking for you.
    2. My mPAY page says it has timed out!
      mPay times out when the payment process is not completed in a certain amount of time. To complete your reservation,
      please check the booking page to see if your previous reservation is still available. If is not, please rebook your reservation.
    3. I can’t use my credit card to pay for my reservation!
      If you are using a Kasikorn bank or any other bank’s credit card, you may need to complete the credit card verification process on their website/service to unlock online payment. Please refer to your bank’s customer service.
    4. Can I use a foreign credit card?
      Yes, you can specify the country of origin during the payment process. If you are still having issues, please refer to (3). If you cannot use your foreign credit card for payment on either of the payment gateways, please refer to (1.3) for bank transfer payment.
    5. What is OTP SMS verification?
      OTP SMS verification is one-time credit card verification for new credit cards. When you are asked to verify your credit card for the first time, you will receive a message on your phone. Please enter the verification number you were sent into the verification box.

  • 2C. What happens after payment? How do I claim my booking?

    After you have successfully paid for your booking on APP or WEB, a Booking receipt will be emailed to your registered email.

    1. To claim your booking at the golf course at your booked date and time, simply do one of the following :
      1. APP – Open the Booking page in the application or show the Booking receipt from your email to the golf course cashier to claim your booking.
        (OPTIONAL) You may now Tap the “Scan QR Code” button to scan the Golfdigg QR code at the cashier to collect Reward Stamps.
      2. WEB – Print out the Booking Receipt or display the receipt on your smart phone to the golf course cashier to claim your booking.

  • 2D. I’ve finished booking but didn’t receive an email receipt. What should I do?

    If you completed payment for your booking but didn’t receive an email receipt, please do as follows :

    1. Please make sure that your booking was completed by going to ‘Bookings’ page to see if your booking status display as “Payment successful” or “Ready to Play”. If it’s not completed yet or the booking is not listed, please try booking and paying again.
    2. Please check if your email address in your profile is correct.
      If not, please update your new email address and/or contact Golfdigg on [email protected], (+66) 089-333-1000 or contact golfdigg in LINE by adding “@golfdigg“.
    3. If your booking was completed and your account email address is correct, please try checking the JUNK/SPAM FOLDER of your email account to see if the email receipt might have ended up there. If it did, please mark the email receipt as NOT JUNK/SPAM email.

  • 2E. How to request TAX INVOICE

    To request a TAX INVOICE for your golf booking, simply send an email to [email protected] or reply to your Receipt email providing the following details :

    • ORDER ID(S) (if you are not replying to the email receipt, or if you want tax invoice for multiple bookings)
    • Company Name
    • Company Address
    • TAX ID NO.

    From the application it is also possible to setup automatic tax invoice, meaning for every booking while this setting is ON, all your bookings will automatically be sent with your tax invoice detailed. Here’s how to enable this feature :

    1. SIGN IN to the Golfdigg application
    2. Go to PROFILE page and tap the AUTOMATIC TAX INVOICE setting
    3. Enter your Company Name, TAX ID NO. and Company Address, then ENABLE this setting and press SAVE.

3. Golf Course related questions

  • 3A. The golf course can’t find my booking. What should I do?

    If you’ve given your name and Order ID to the cashiers and they still can’t locate your booking, please call us or ask the staff of the golf course to call us at (+66) 089-333-1000 or contact golfdigg in LINE Application by add friend “@golfdigg”.

  • 3B. I couldn’t find/scan QR code at the golf course for my booking

    Please contact golfdigg at [email protected], call (+66) 089-33-1000, contact golfdigg in LINE Application by add friend “@golfdigg” or simply reply to your booking receipt email and ask the golfdigg staff to Scan the QR Code for you.

4. Cancellations, Rain Checks & Refund related questions

  • 4A. Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

    As according to the Terms of Service :

    • 7. Regarding cancelling your paid booking to request refunds, refunds may be issued based on the Cancellation Policy used at the Golf Course you have booked at. Refunds are not possible if the Customer does not satisfy the requirements of the Cancellation Policy.To cancel a booking, contact Golfdigg via HOT LINE 089-333 1000, via LINE ID @Golfdigg or via [email protected]
      • 7A. FLEXI – If the Customer cancels their booking before midnight before booked date, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund via credit card or Golfdigg voucher for use on their next booking with Golfdigg. If the Customer cancels their booking a minimum of 2 hours before booked time, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund as a Golfdigg voucher ONLY.
      • 7B. MODERATE – If the Customer cancels their booking before midnight before booked date, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund via credit card or Golfdigg voucher for use on their next booking with Golfdigg. If the Customer cancels their booking a minimum of 2 hours before booked time, the Golf Course may not allow cancel booking, but may allow change date, to do so please contact the Golf Course directly.
      • 7C. STRICT – If the Customer cancels their booking before midnight before booked date, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund via credit card or Golfdigg voucher for use on their next booking with Golfdigg. If the Customer cancels their booking on the booking date, the golf course does not allow refunds or change date.

  • 4B. Can I get a Rain Check?

    As according to the Terms of Service :

    • 8. Regarding Rain Checks, these may be issued depending on the Rain Check Policy of the Golf Course.  The issuing of Rain Checks is strictly between the Customer and the Golf Course, Golfdigg will not take responsibility in this issue for any reason.
      • 8A. Rain started during play – Rain Checks may OR may not be issued according to the Rain Check Policy of the Golf Course.
      • 8B. Heavy rain and cannot play – the Golf Course may OR may not allow change date according to the Rain Check Policy of the Golf Course.

5. Golfdigg Tickets and other questions

  • 5A. What are golfdigg points?

    Golfdigg points are loyalty points that are rewarded to golfers who make reservations and payments through Golfdigg app. The points can be used to participate in special events and to receive benefits. The more you play, the more you earn! Please look forward to more ways to use your golfdigg points in the near future.

  • 5B. What are SPECIAL Slots / HOT DEALS?

    A Special Slot :
    Special Slots are displayed in ORANGE COLOR and may be found at any golf course with even better discounts. For all intents and purposes, they work and may be booked just like a regular time slot.

    A HOT DEAL :
    HOT DEALS are super special discount “book today, play tomorrow” deals that are only available from 3 PM (Bangkok Time) onwards until midnight, provided on a first-come first-served basis, and are displayed in RED COLOR. For your convenience, you may find all of today’s HOT DEALS in a special tab in the APP and WEB. For all intents and purposes they work and may be booked just like a regular time slot.

  • 5C. What are JOIN Slots

    A JOIN Slot :
    JOIN Slots are slots that are automatically created when a time slot is initially booked by 1-2 persons, and are displayed as slots with a diagonal pattern. This means that this slot is still “open” and other people may join this booking for a maximum of 4 persons. For these timeslots, please make sure to arrive on time or the other party may tee off first.

    NOTE that this feature is only enabled for golf courses that allow JOIN Slots, for all other golf courses it will simply not be possible to select 1-2 persons.

  • 5D. What does the booking status’ mean?

    On your Booking page in APP or WEB, your booking’s status may be 1 of 6 different states :

    1. WAITING FOR PAYMENT

      This status means that you have not yet paid for your booking. You may finalise your booking by tapping the BUY button to go to finish your payment by credit card. Once payment has been completed, the Booking status will change to “Payment Successful“. You may also tap the Cancel button to cancel your booking and book another timeslot.

    2. PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL

      You have finished payment for this booking, and are ready to play at the golf course and at your booked date and time. If you want to add more players to the booking, please tap the “BUY MORE” button.

    3. READY TO PLAY

      When it is the day of your booking, please bring a printout of the booking receipt you got in your email, or display the Golfdigg application in the Booking page, where you may access your booking receipt via the Receipt button. You may also Scan QR Code at the counter in order to collect Reward Stamps with which you may redeem rewards.

    4. FINISHED

      You have received a Reward Stamp for this golf course. You may examine your rewards in detail in the Rewards page

    5. TIMEOUT

      This booking has been automatically canceled since you did not finish payment within 30 minutes. Please make a new booking.

    6. CANCELED

      Your booking has been canceled.
