Cascata Golf Club was established in 2004 with designed by Dr.Thanawat Saprungrueng. His team started the project by turning a flat rice paddy into an exclusive golf paradise. Cascata Golf Club is located in the Ongkarak, Nakornnayok Province with 60 km. (70 min.) distance from the downtown and 50 km. (60 min.) distance from the airport.
In October 2006, the team had finished the first 18 holes (Course A and B) with the concept of a “tropical golf experience”. And in 2007, the C course is open to the public. Immediately, it has become famous for its “Tropical link” concept. The designer has turned a flat rice paddy into a hilly Scottish link-style golf course. Until in October 2014, the D course is open to the public. The D Course is designed to challenge golfers with the new layout and golfing experience. It is a creek and valley golfing experience. There are holes that will give golfers a tight air to attack the hole, making them feel as if they are playing between narrow mountain. Then it compensated with a valley experience which releases golfers from the tension.

have played here before and really enjoyed it. however, yesterday it fell short for us. the starter was disorganised and we also didn’t get play courses C or D which are the better, more interesting courses. A & B were very similar so it wasn’t as fun or interesting. we also had to start on hole 6 on both the front and back 9. Conditions of fairways and greens were good the greens, but the bunkers had very little sand in them, were hard and contained many stones. Kiosks do not accept scan.

One of the most under rated courses I have played. Tough from tee to green and the greens are fast fast fast with lots of turn A great track and thoroughly recommend
