Golfdigg Terms of Service 1.3

The following Terms of Service have been agreed upon by the Customer and Golfdigg co.,ltd., and will be used to govern and regulate the usage and services of the Golfdigg booking service with the following terms :

1. The price that Golfdigg displays is for Green Fee only, except at some courses which has special rules which will be clearly stated in the Booking Confirmation Page. Please make sure to confirm the Booking Details, the Total Cost, Cancellation Policy and Rain Check Policy before payment.

2. The Customer may use one eligible voucher code or promotion for each booking. Simply press the “Use Promotion” button in the Booking Confirmation page and enter your voucher code or select your promotion. The discount will be applied to your total cost.

3. After completed payment, the Customer will be sent a booking receipt to their registered email and may check their booking in the Bookings Page in the Golfdigg application. When it’s time to play at the time slot of your booked Golf Course, make sure to bring your booking receipt or to display the Bookings page of your Golfdigg application to the Golf Course cashier staff.

4. Before play the Customer may to collect reward stamps by pressing the “Scan QR Code” button on the Booking Page to perform a scan of the Golfdigg QR Code at the Golf Course front desk. Various rewards may be unlocked depending on its requirement which you may see in the Rewards Page in Golfdigg application. 4A. For customers who booked through Golfdigg website, you may acquire reward stamps by downloading Golfdigg application on iOS or Android and following instructions as mentioned in 4. If you encounter any problems please contact Golfdigg at HOT LINE 089-333 1000, via LINE ID @Golfdigg or email [email protected]

5. If you have problems or if there is a mistake regarding your booking, please contact Golfdigg at HOT LINE 089-333 1000, via LINE ID @Golfdigg or email [email protected]

6. If the Customer is unable to personally play golf they may let another person use this time slot, who is then required to present the booking receipt to the Golf Course cashier staff.

7. Regarding cancelling your paid booking to request refunds, refunds may be issued based on the Cancellation Policy used at the Golf Course you have booked at. Refunds are not possible if the Customer does not satisfy the requirements of the Cancellation Policy. To cancel a booking, contact Golfdigg via HOT LINE 089-333 1000, via LINE ID @Golfdigg or via [email protected]

7A. FLEXI – If the Customer cancels their booking before midnight before booked date, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund via credit card or Golfdigg voucher for use on their next booking with Golfdigg. If the Customer cancels their booking a minimum of 2 hours before booked time, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund as a Golfdigg voucher ONLY.

7B. MODERATE – If the Customer cancels their booking before midnight before booked date, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund via credit card or Golfdigg voucher for use on their next booking with Golfdigg. If the Customer cancels their booking a minimum of 2 hours before booked time, the Golf Course may not allow cancel booking, but may allow change date, to do so please contact the Golf Course directly.

7C. STRICT – If the Customer cancels their booking before midnight before booked date, the Customer is eligible for 100% refund via credit card or Golfdigg voucher for use on their next booking with Golfdigg. If the Customer cancels their booking on the booking date, the golf course does not allow refunds or change date.

8. Regarding Rain Checks, these may be issued depending on the Rain Check Policy of the Golf Course.  The issuing of Rain Checks is strictly between the Customer and the Golf Course, Golfdigg will not take responsibility in this issue for any reason.

8A. Rain started during play – Rain Checks may OR may not be issued according to the Rain Check Policy of the Golf Course.

8B. Heavy rain and cannot play – the Golf Course may OR may not allow change date according to the Rain Check Policy of the Golf Course.

9. If the Customer uses the Golfdigg platform and service in ways outside of Golfdigg intention, Golfdigg will first provide a warning and collect the Customer’s information. In case of repeated offenses Golfdigg reserves the right to decline service to the Customer without prior notification.

10. Golfdigg reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason and will process refund and notify the Customer. Golfdigg will not be responsible for any types of incidents for any reason.

11. If the Customer is representing or otherwise has a business relationship with tour companies or agencies and books time slots through Golfdigg, the Golf Course is considered rightfully permitted to cancel the booking or increase the Green Fee without giving prior notice to the Customer. Golfdigg will not be responsible for any types of incidents for any reason.

12. In the case where the Customer books a deal for less persons than Golf Courses minimum allowed group size or when creating / joining a JOIN slot, the Golf Course may require the Customer to join other groups at a time slot close to your booked timeslot without giving prior notice to the Customer and Golfdigg will not be responsible for any types of incidents for any reason.

13. Completed booking and payment with Golfdigg will be considered as if the Customer have understood and fully agreed to this Terms of Service and Golfdigg will not be responsible for any incidents resulting the Customer breaking the Terms of Service.

14. Golfdigg reserves the right to change the Terms of Service in any way possible way without needing to give prior notice to the Customer.
