1. How to Book

  • How to start booking with golfdigg?

    Application :

    1. You have to download ‘Golfdigg Application’ to your smartphone. Please go to Download page to get the link.
    2. Open Golfdigg Application then sign in with Facebook or Line account. If not, tap ‘Register with email’.
    3. You’ll get a ‘Verification email’ in your email’s inbox. Then tap ‘Verify’ button to verify your account.
      Read ‘How to verify your email?’ for more information.
    4. Enjoy booking everyday. 🙂 You can book up to 7-30 day in-advance.

  • What does booking status mean?

    There’re 6 states of booking status;

    1. WAITING FOR PAYMENT

      This status means that you have not yet paid for your booking. You may finalise your booking by tapping the BUY button to go to finish your payment by credit card. Once payment has been completed, the Booking status will change to “Payment Successful”. You may also tap the Cancel button to cancel your booking and book another timeslot.

    2. PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL

      You have finished payment for this booking, and are ready to play at the golf course and at your booked date and time. If you want to add more players to the booking, please tap the “BUY MORE” button.

    3. READY TO PLAY

      When it is the day of your booking, please bring a printout of the booking receipt you got in your email, or display the Golfdigg application in the Booking page, where you may access your booking receipt via the Receipt button. You may also Scan QR Code at the counter in order to collect Reward Stamps with which you may redeem rewards.

    4. FINISHED

      You have received a Reward Stamp for this golf course. You may examine your rewards in detail in the Rewards page

    5. TIMEOUT

      This booking has been automatically canceled since you did not finish payment within 30 minutes. Please make a new booking.

    6. CANCELED

      Your booking has been canceled.

  • What is Special Slot and How to book?

    What is Special Slot?

    In this new version some courses may have timeslots with different prices. We call them “Special Slot”. It might have a better time, or a better price, so don’t forget to check them out.

    How to book a Special Slot?

    You can book a Special Slot as usual.

  • How to BUY MORE players, cart after completed booking?
    1. Tap ‘Booking’ at menu bar.
    2. Find the booking that you want to buy more players or carts, and tap ‘Buy more’ button.
    3. When Buy More screen appears, select number of players you want to add.
      You may add more golf carts after select number of players.
    4. Total cost will be shown at the bottom of the page. Then tap ‘NEXT’
    5. In Booking Confirmation page, you may tap ‘Use Promotion’ to use discount code. Please make sure that total cost is correct. Select one Payment Method then tap ‘BUY’.
    6. When your mPay payment gateway appears, please complete the credit card information requested on the screen and enter an OTP to complete payment.
    7. When your payment is completed, you may check your booking in the Booking menu in the application and in the receipt sent to your email.

  • What is Join Slot and How to book?

    What’s Join Slot?

    Join Slot is a time slot that is open for others to book and join at your slot. It is automatically created when you book for less than minimum group size at Join Slot enabled golf courses. The benefits are that you may book at these time slots for less than minimum group size, and you may get new friends to play golf with.

    How to book a Join Slot?

    Join Slots are created automatically when you book at Join Slot enabled golf courses for less than their minimum group size. You may not book for less than minimum group size and not create a Join Slot.

  • How to book a golf course?

    To book a deal with Golfdigg, please open Golfdigg app or website and sign in using your Facebook, Line or Email account, then:

    1. Select date to play

    3. Select timeslot and no. players, then press NEXT.

    4. In Booking Confirmation page where you can also tap ‘Use Promotion’ to add discount code. Please make sure that total cost is correct.  Select one Payment Method then tap ‘BUY’.

  • How to book an event?

    You can book an event by following these steps;

    1. Choose the event you wish to join (event date and time are fixed and may not be changed).
    2. Select the price you wish to pay, either the Regular discounted price or the Special price with even more discounts, but you need to spend your Golfdigg Points. Prices are per ticket/person.
    3. Select how many tickets/person you wish to buy for this event. Available tickets per booking may vary.
      Total price will be displayed in the bottom left corner. Tap “NEXT” to book.
    4. In Booking Confirmation page where you can also tap ‘Use Promotion’ to add discount code. Please make sure that total cost is correct.  Select one Payment Method then tap ‘BUY’.
    5. Complete your payment, you may requested to enter an OTP.
    6. When your payment is completed, you may check your booking in the Booking menu in the application and in the receipt sent to your email.

2.Payment

  • I have paid for a golf booking but I did not receive a receipt by email. What should I do?

    If you didn’t receive an email, here’re some tips to help you troubleshoot your problems:

    1. Please check if your email address in your profile is correct. If not, please update your new email address and complete the email verification process.
    2. Please make sure that your payment is really successful, by going to ‘Bookings’ menu to see if your booking status display as “Payment successful” or “Ready to Play”. You may also contact your bank of issue to check your payment status.
      If it’s not completed yet, please pay again.

  • How do I know if my booking was successful?

    You will also automatically receive an email receipt as soon as you have completed your payment. If you want to ensure that your booking is absolutely successful, you may tap ‘Bookings’ menu to check your booking status. It should display as  “Payment successful” or “Ready to Play” if it’s completed.

    You can show or print out the email receipt or show your booking information in golfdigg app in order to confirm your booking with the golf course.

    If you didn’t receive an email, please check if your email address is correct in your profile or contact us.

  • I have problems with payment.
    1. My payment was failed. What should I do?
      First, please check your internet connection and try again. If it doesn’t work, here’re choices to solve this problems.
      1) Change a credit card and pay again, or contact your bank to support your online payment.
      2) Choose another one payment method by selecting any payment gateway in ‘Booking Confirmation’ page.
      3) Pay through bank transfer to Kasikorn Bank, to account name “Golfdigg”, account no. “099-210442-4”
      and send proof in Line “@ g o l f d i g g” or email to [email protected]

    2. My mPay page says it has timed out!
      mPay times out when the payment process is not completed in a certain amount of time. To complete your reservation,
      please check the booking page to see if your previous reservation is still available. If is not, please rebook your reservation.


    3. I can’t use my credit card to pay for my reservation!
      If you are using a Kasikorn bank credit card, you will need to complete the credit card verification process on the Kasikorn website before completing your purchase.


    4. Can I use a foreign credit card?
      Yes, you can specify the country of origin during the payment process.


    5. What is OTP SMS verification?
      OTP SMS verification is one-time credit card verification for new credit cards. When you are asked to verify your credit card for the first time, you will receive a message on your phone. Please enter the verification number you were sent into the verification box.

    3. When your mPay payment gateway appears, please complete the credit card information requested on the screen. The information requested is as follows:

    4. Due to banks’ issue, you may requested to enter an OTP to complete your payment.

  • Can I change a booking?
    1. If you haven’t paid:
      You can only change your booking once you cancel your current reservation. This is done by going to the “Booking” tab on the menu and selecting “Cancel” on your current reservation. Then, you can create a new booking as you want.
    2. If you already paid:

  • How to get Rain Check?

    When cancelling your booking due to rain, or when the golf course says that the timeslot cannot be played, Golfdigg will refund 100% of total cost as Refund Voucher for use with your next booking.

    If you have already started playing, but not completed due to rain, please contact the golf course directly for their Rain Check.

  • How to cancel my booking and get a refund?

    When cancelling a booking more than 24 hours before your booked timeslot, golfdigg will refund 100% of total cost as either Refund Voucher or as credit card charge back.

    If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booked timeslot, golfdigg will refund 100% of total cost as Refund Voucher only.

  • The golf course can’t find my booking. What Should I Do?

    If you’ve given your name and Order ID to the cashiers and they still can’t locate your booking, please call us (+66) 089-333-1000 or add golfdigg as a friend in Line Application “@ g o l f d i g g”.

  • I have paid for a golf booking but I did not receive a receipt by email. What should I do?

  • I can’t reserve a booking!

    Please make sure that your last reservation has been paid, Incomplete reservation will prevent further reservations. To check the status of your reservation, go to the Booking menu and find your previous reservation. If the status says “Ready to Play”, you have completed the payment. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact 089-300-1000

  • I made an unintended reservation, what should I do?

    If you have yet to make a payment, you can cancel your reservation be going to the Booking tab on the menu bar and selecting “Cancel” on the reservation. If you need any further assistance, please call 089.333.1000

  • What are golfdigg points?

    For First-time user.
    When you create the first booking, you’ll be asked to verify your email and your contact details, to make sure that you will receive your booking receipts.

    A verification email will be sent to the email you have specified. Please following these steps:

    1. Go to your inbox and open the verify email from golfdigg. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail or make sure that your email is correct.
    2. Press the indicated link/button and return to golfdigg app.
